What to include
- A short description of what happened and what you expected.
- Your iPhone model and iOS version.
- The app version shown under Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Solace Nights.
Do not send passwords, payment details, or information you do not want included in an email.
Your diary and privacy
Support cannot see, access, or restore diary entries or device backups. Deleting the app removes the active local diary. If you enabled iCloud Backup or a computer backup, iOS may have included app data in that backup. The backup can retain and restore a copy until you remove or replace the backup through Apple's controls. You can edit or delete individual nights from the Diary tab.
Using the app offline
The diary, six-guide Library, and in-app Privacy Policy are bundled or stored locally and work without a network connection.
Scope of support
Solace Nights currently provides a personal record and general sleep information. Support can help with app operation and data controls but cannot provide medical advice or emergency assistance.
